State plantation companies have increased the annual festival advance allowance

State plantation companies have increased the annual festival advance allowance given to employees by ten thousand rupees this year.

Accordingly, this year 20 thousand rupees will be paid as Diwali festival allowance.

B.K. Prabhath Chandrakeerthy, Secretary of the Ministry of Plantation and Community Infrastructure, says that the festival advance allowance will be paid to the employees of the State Plantation Company’s Elkaduwa Plantation Company and Janatha Estate Development Board.
