A special convention of the United National Party will be held at tomorrow

A special convention of the United National Party will be held at the party headquarters in Sirikotha, Pitakotte, tomorrow at 2:00 PM.

During this meeting, approval is expected to be sought for President Ranil Wickremesinghe’s proposal to present himself as an independent candidate. The meeting will be conducted under the leadership of UNP leader, President Ranil Wickremesinghe.

All ministers who have come to support the President from the Sammagi Jana Balavegaya are expected to participate as special invitees in this meeting.
