President Anura Kumara Dissanayake says that creating a beautiful country and a clean nation in the Asian region will commence soon.
He points out that there is a gap in between the public service and the general public. He also said that there is an inefficient public service to provide better service for the public.
The president also said the public places such as bus depot, bus stands, railway stations and public markets will be made cleaned places.
He said the people have to face lot of issues at government offices due to the situation. Therefore, the National People’s Power government is planning digitize the public service.
Speaking at the NPP rally held in Homagama yesterday, he also said that the government has a big plan to provide better service for the general public through public service.
At the rally he also asked all the people to join with the NPP to create a clean parliament free from corrupted people on November 14th.
Addressing the rally , prime minister Dr harini Amerasuriya said the government will not leave room under any circumstances to lose the confidence of the general public.
The public has a big confidence in NPP. That will also be exhibited during the heneral election to be held in Nov 14, the prime minister added.
