Manifesto was developed over a two-year period – SJB

Parliamentarian  Eran Wickramaratne says the SJB manifesto was developed over a two-year period with input from relevant scholars and professionals. He said it is set to cover 27 subjects.

He made these remarks while attending the SJB Media briefing held today in Colombo. He added that Sri Lanka is considered to be one of the most corrupted countries in the world.

He also said that there is an anti-corruption commission and  it is must to strengthen it further. There is also an expectation of a Samagi Jana Sandha government to get the support of international intelligence agencies to strengthen the commission. He said SJB is also planning to digitize public services to reduce many economic and social problems by giving every citizen a specific identification number.
