All arrangements are finalized to conduct the general election.

Additional election commissioner Rasika Peiris says that all arrangements are finalized to conduct the general election to be held on the 14^th of this month.  

Printing of ballot papers have commenced.  It is expected to use  wood, plastic and cardboard boxes as the ballot boxes.    

Using of ballot boxes relevant to the voters in each area will be decided.   He made these remarks while participating in the Subarathi programme of the SLBC today.
