The leader of the National People’s Power Presidential candidate  Anura Kumara Dissanayake  states that he is ready to demonstrate to the public what a government is by example.

He said the people had seen governments with corruption and fraud. As a result, the people of the country are now in a situation where they can’t even feed their families.

He stated that the condition continues to exist in the country for 76 years.  The lessons learned during that period will be enough to form a people’s government.

He stressed there is an urgent need to appoint expert ministers and officials in each and every field.  He also said cultivating all 3 seasons, creating a systematic irrigation system, and creating a healthy population is the expectation of the National People’s Power.

NPP leader made these remarks at a political rally held in Thissamaharamaya yesterday.
