17.1 million voters are eligible for casting votes at the Presidential Election.

As per 2024 electoral register, 17,140,354 registered voters are eligible for casting votes at the Presidential Election scheduled to be held on September 21.

Of these voters, the highest number is reported from the Gampaha district totalling 1,881,129. The number of voters in the Colombo district is 1,765,351, while the number in the Kurunegala district is 1,417,226.
