President Ranil Wickremasinghe says that a better life will be provided to the people of this country by the year 2025- 2026.

President Ranil Wickremasinghe says that a better life will be provided for the people by the year 2025- 2026. He made this remark while addressing the ‘Puluwan Sri Lanka’ public rally held in Batticaloa today.

The government had given ten thousand rupees to the state workers.  It has also been proposed to grant 25 thousand rupees to the government sector as a cost of living payment.  He used the symbol of the Gas cylinder for his election campaign to provide further concessions to the people.  He also pointed out that all should work together to build the country.

Minister Bandula Gunawardena said that the President will take 70 percent of the people’s mandate at the upcoming election.  He also challenged the  opposition leader Sajith  Premadasa as to how he would find  finances for the 2025 budget.
