The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Sri Lanka, the nation’s premier body for Human Resource Management, successfully hosted an exclusive executive panel discussion titled “Board Readiness: Building Executive Capability.” The event was conducted as part of its flagship CHRO & C-Suite HR Leadership Programme (Batch 01-2026).

Held on 25 July 2026 at the CIPM Members’ Lounge, the session convened a distinguished panel of corporate leaders to share key strategic competencies required for HR professionals to excel in high-level executive and board roles.

The discussion was moderated by Ms. Davina Kern, Chief Human Resource Officer of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, and featured an esteemed panel of industry leaders:
