The President says that IMF third tranche likely by January end or Early February:

President Anura Kumara Dissanayake expressed hope that Sri Lanka will receive the third tranche under the IMF Extended Fund Facility (EFF) by the end of January or early February next year.

He told the media that the IMF delegation is set to arrive in the country next week and it usually takes around three months to complete the third review.

He said the government expects some economic stability after receiving the third tranche.
