Postal voting for the 2024 Parliamentary Election will take place today.

Postal voting by State sector employees for the 2024 Parliamentary Election will take place today.

The Election Commission stated that the Police and staff of District Secretariat offices, Election Commission offices and the office of the Inspector General of Police have been given the opportunity to cast their postal votes today or on November 4.

Opportunity has been given to the Tri-Forces and rest of the government institutions to cast their postal votes on November 1 or 4, the Election Commission stated.

Government officials who are unable to cast their postal vote on the designated days have been given the opportunity to cast their votes on November 07 or 08 at the district election offices in the respective district where their workplaces are situated.
