SL team narrowly lose Asian Netball Championship to Singapore.

Sri Lanka emerged as the runner-up in the 2024 Asian Netball Championship, narrowly losing to Singapore in the final.

Sri Lanka’s performance throughout the tournament highlighted their strength, adding to their history of success, having previously won the Asian Netball Championship six times.

However, Singapore emerged victorious over Sri Lanka in a closely contested final at the Asian Netball Championship, winning by a narrow margin of 67-64.

The match, saw the hosts dethrone Sri Lanka, the defending champions, in a game that went down to the wire.
