Police seek public support to arrest murder suspect.

The Police are appealing to the public for assistance in locating a suspect connected to a murder in the Colombo Fort.

Police media division said search operations are currently underway to arrest the suspect in connection with the incident of killing a person with a sharp knife on the Reclamation Road in Colonbo.

The incident had occurred in Pettah  police area in the early hours 5th of October.

Police media division said  the photos of the criminal have been uploaded on the police website and the public is requested to provide their fullest cooperation  in locating the suspect.
