The final election rallies are underway.

The final rallies of several main presidential candidates, are being held in Colombo and outstation areas today.

The final election campaign rallies of President Ranil Wickremesinghe, who will contest as an independent candidate, will be held at several venues, at the Uyanwatta Stadium in Matara, Galle Samanala Stadium, Kalutara Public Stadium, Homagama town and Kosgas Junction in Colombo.

The election campaign rallies of Samagi Jana Balawegaya presidential candidate and opposition leader Sajith Premadasa is held opposite the Tower Hall Theatre in Maradana.

The final rally of National Peoples’ Power presidential candidate Anura Kumara Dissanayake is being held at the Nugegoda Ananda Samarakoon open-air theatre, Kalutara, and Gampaha this afternoon.

Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna presidential candidate, Namal Rajapaksa’s final election campaign rally is held at Piliyandala Somaweera Chandrasiri Stadium.

The final rally of the “Sarvajana Balaya” alliance, presidential candidate Dilith Jayaweera is held at the Kottawa Bus Stand.

Special traffic plans are being implemented to accommodate the election rallies.
