Concessions cannot be providing by reducing tax – President Ranil

President Ranil Wickremasinghe says that concessions cannot be providing by reducing tax. Sajith Premadasa and Anura Kumara Dissanayake said that they will reduce the taxes.

The President stated that the agreement has been reached with the IMF to increase the income every year according to a target.

He made these remarks addressing Puluwan Sri Lanka rally in Bandarawela today. The salaries of the estate workers have been increased as he promised.

More job opportunities will be created next year. Programmes to develop the agriculture and tourism industries will be implemented.
