Athugala Credit Celebrates Microfinance Fraternity Win at LMFPA Cricket Fiesta 2026

Athugala Credit and Investment LTD  emerged champions of the Lanka Microfinance Professionals Association (LMFPA) Cricket Fiesta 2026, securing the title at the tournament held on August 15 at the Mercantile Cricket Ground.

The tournament brought together microfinance institutions and financial service providers from across Sri Lanka, providing an opportunity for professionals from the sector to compete beyond their usual workplace environment while strengthening camaraderie and team spirit within the industry.

Athugala Credit and Investment LTD secured victory in the final after a strong all-round performance, with the team producing the required contributions with bat, ball and in the field to claim the championship trophy.
