The Central Bank is requesting the public to activate SMS notifications 

The Central Bank of Sri Lanka is requesting the public to activate mobile short message service notifications regarding their bank transactions.

This feature can be activated by contacting the respective banks. The Central Bank indicates that this will help protect against financial fraud.
